Child and Family Support/
Counselling
Our Child & Family Support services are designed to help children, teens, and families build emotional strength, confidence, and connection. We understand that every family’s story is unique, and our approach is warm, practical, and grounded in play-based, relational support.

    Child and Teen Counselling
Children and adolescents are supported in a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their feelings, worries, and challenges. Sessions focus on emotional regulation, resilience, self-esteem, and healthy coping skills — empowering children to better understand themselves and feel more confident navigating daily life.
Family and Behaviour Support
Families are guided with gentle, evidence-based strategies to reduce stress and strengthen relationships at home. We work collaboratively with caregivers to understand what drives behaviour, create calm routines, and build stronger communication and connection within the family unit.
Sessions can take place at home, in school or day care (where permitted), or in our clinic, offering flexibility to meet each child and family where they feel most comfortable.
Our goal is to help families feel understood, supported, and empowered — one small step, one positive change, one moment of connection at a time.
