Most of our professionals work within subcontractor arrangements, allowing flexibility around working hours, client availability and therapeutic approaches, while still working within the values and framework of Play and Beyond. We value professionals bringing their own strengths, knowledge and individuality to support the unique needs of each child and family.
The majority of administrative tasks, including bookings, invoicing and general administration, are managed centrally by Rochelle and our administration support, allowing you to focus more on the work you are passionate about.

The Ideal Candidate:
✦ Holds relevant qualifications within their profession (e.g., Counselling, Psychology, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy)
✦ Holds current registration or membership with relevant governing bodies where applicable (e.g., AHPRA, Speech Pathology Australia, ACA, PACFA)
✦ Holds (or is willing to obtain):
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Blue Card
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
✦ Values child-centred and neuro-affirming practice
✦ Has experience or interest in working with children, adolescents and families
✦ Brings a warm, engaging and professional approach
✦ Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
✦ Is adaptable and able to embrace the lighter side of working with children — after all, working with kids is full of joyful moments!
