Fees and Funding

Clear, consistent and transparent pricing for families.

We aim to keep our fees fair, transparent and sustainable while providing high-quality therapeutic and developmental support for children and families.

Fees for Allied Health Assistant support, groups, programs and other services are discussed with families based on the individual service being provided.

What's Included?

Session fees include the direct service provided to your child, including clinical notes and documentation directly related to that session.

Planning, preparation and other non-face-to-face supports may be included within the fee or charged separately depending on the service and individual requirements.

NDIS & GST

Eligible NDIS-funded supports are GST-free.

Private services are subject to GST where applicable, which means the final amount paid by a private client may differ from the GST-free NDIS fee.

Reduced Private Fees

Reduced private fees are available to eligible self-funding families, including eligible Health Care Card or Concession Card holders and families experiencing financial hardship.

Reduced rates are subject to eligibility and availability.

Travel & Additional Services

Additional fees may apply for travel, reports, stakeholder meetings, extended communication and other professional services.

Any applicable additional fees will be discussed with families and are outlined in the Service Agreement.

Cancellations & Appointment Reminders

Cancellation fees are charged in accordance with your Service Agreement.

Families receive an email reminder approximately 72 hours prior and a courtesy SMS approximately 24 hours prior (business hours).

The SMS is a courtesy reminder of the upcoming appointment and is not a reminder to cancel or reschedule. Families remain responsible for providing the required cancellation notice.

Failure to receive a reminder does not alter the applicable cancellation terms or fees.

Fee Changes

Fees may be reviewed in response to changes in NDIS pricing or funding arrangements, operating costs or other relevant circumstances. Families will be advised of any fee changes before they take effect.
